Chris Goulstone - Composer / Producer
Chris Goulstone, British composer and musician - guitarist and multi-instrumentalist, has been working with the Carlin Music Library for twenty years, producing over 60 albums.
Chris began his career in London in the eighties with his rock band Bronz. After a tie up with Island Records, Bronz toured across the States (supporting US band 'Ratt') and the band's single featured heavily on the new station MTV. After many sessions as a guitarist on UK chart records, Chris began composing production music.
Chris works out of his UK West Country studio - The Chapel of Rock - and continues to provide his hard-edged production music worldwide - Australia; Asia; Europe; Scandinavia and right across the United States.
Music usage includes - Lost; Opray Winfrey Show; CNN; Barbara Walters; Saturday Night Live; Friends; America's Most Wanted; Sponge Bob Squarepants and several Hollywood films - Beyond Borders (Angelina Jolie); Murder By Numbers (Sandra Bullock); Domino (Kierra Knightley and Remember The Titans (Denzel Washington). Chris's music has recently been used as the opening theme tune for eight WWE Wrestlers!
Chris still enjoys collaborations with other artists - a production music album with Ron 'Bumblefoot' Thall (Guns and Roses), appearing on many Goldfrapp CDs, touring and recording with 'punk legend' Hugh Cornwell (The Stranglers). Chris has recently dropped by to see APM in Los Angeles whilst in Santa Monica at the LA Sound Suite for the mix of a new record, alongside Grammy award - winning mix engineer, Mark 'Spike' Stent (Muse, U2, Madonna, Beyonce).
